When hard water does not come off with our traditional method of cleaning, you may consider adding on this service. We have a few different solutions to try, depending on the severity of hard water staining. A general rule is - the longer your windows have been stained, the harder the staining is to take off. Screens wear out over time, especially in dry and hot climates like ours here in the Treasure Valley. You may notice the screen glistening in the sun because the color has faded, or what appears to be a de-threading occurring at the bottom of the screen, thanks to Idaho's ingenious birds searching out nest-making materials. You may just have holes in your screens and are afraid to open the windows for fear of attracting flies and spiders. All of these are telltale signs you need your screen replaced. We customize a set of lights based on your choice of colors, fit them to your home, replace any bulbs that go out throughout the season, then take everything down at the end of the season. You keep your lights for a discounted price of install next season!
Disclaimer
Idaho has been known to have harsh winters and, sometimes, relentless winter storms. If you choose to go with standard or deluxe packages, or pay for us to visit your home for a maintenance call, we will make an effort to maintain your lights despite the weather. But we must also decline to maintain your lights in the event there is snow on the roof and we cannot reach the lights by ladder due to awkward roof positioning. If it is unsafe and there is risk of falling, we will wait until the weather clears. This disclaimer also applies to takedown at the end of the season. Thank you for understanding.
CAN YOU REACH?
And the answer is yes! For the most part. We have ladders than will reach 2-story and 3-story buildings as well as tall windowS inside your home. When we need to climb your roof to access 2nd story gutters and get them cleared of debris, we're able to do so with the equipment we have. However, anything beyond 3-story cannot be reached with the tools we have in our arsenal. For now. . .

We keep gutter cleanings costs simple and charge by the linear foot.
Your gutters are cleaned out by hand where necessary to rid them of debris, leaves, dirt, and plants. They are then washed out to ensure all downspouts are clear of obstructions.

When you have gutters located on 1st and 2nd levels of your home, we will use this option as a pricing guideline.
